In this session we will look at how to rapidly deploy and setup SharePoint farms and other Enterprise systems for development within Azure. We will demonstrate how to enable a team of developers to work with Azure DevTest Labs and automate deployment through Visual Studio Team Services’ Build service. We will look at how one organization has gone from taking 3 weeks to set up a SharePoint development environment and reduce that time to just one hour using Azure DevTest Labs. You will learn:
- The different options available for creating a SharePoint development environment in Azure.
- How to create consistent, repeatable SharePoint development environments using Azure DevTest Labs.
- How to use Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) for development and deployment.
